Jack Herer Feminized Seeds (Canuk Seeds) - A Quick Overview

Sensi Seeds created this sativa-dominant strain in the 1990s and named it after renowned cannabis activist Jack Herer- and for good reason.

By crossing Shiva Skunk and Northern Lights #5 Jack Herer has a rich genetic background that provides uplifting and cerebral effects.

Don’t underestimate this strain.

With THC levels topping out around 23%, you can expect an impressive 450-550 g/m2 yield of highly resinous dense buds.

If you’re growing outdoors, it’s best to harvest Jack Herer in November

Consuming Jack Herer leaves you feeling motivated, happy, and ready to tackle any task on your to-do list.

The taste and aroma this strain produces has typical Haze characteristics-peppery and spicy.

Very strong plants, great grow, no herms. - Review by Dave

I popped all three seeds I received in my Canuk Puk. I grew in 7 Gal. Pots of super soil under LED indoors and manifolded for 8 main colas. I was a few days late switching to flower and was getting slightly concerned during the stretch but they settled in very nicely. Initially they developed a strong ‘cat piss’ smell but that morphed in the last half of flower to ‘creamy piney’ (best I can describe it). I was impressed how similar all three plants were, Two were very resinous with slight purple highlights. The third was very purple, somewhat taller & slightly less resinous. All three were really dusted with trichomes, they appeared solid white at some angles. All three finished 1.5 weeks early! I checked using a USB microscope and the trichomes were textbook perfect, 80% cloudy, 15 clear, 5 brown. Points to note: They are heavy feeders in veg and flower stretch, picky feeders in flower, they do well with HST, don’t rely on the stigmas to you when they are done. I haven’t smoked yet as they are in week 2 of curing. (Posted on 1/26/2020)
Mind-Blowing Results! - Review by Ryan

I am a veteran medicinal patient and recently have dabbled in the cultivation of cannabis. I am someone who ''cannot get high''. What I mean by this is cannabis purchased from a dispensary, smoked in a bong, will leave me feeling high for maybe 10 seconds at best? Definitely a tolerance issue... however growing this strain (Jack Herer Feminized) under an LED setup provided very interesting, unexpected results. I mainlined (a.k.a. manifold technique) one of my girls, and although I was left with 16 main colas, they didn't grow ''tall'', but rather stayed the size of a ping-pong ball. HOWEVER, they grew trichomes like I have never seen before! I smoked this strain downtown, rolled in a joint, after being manicured, dried and then cured properly; I was in a state of pure, terpene-influenced euphoria! When I saw my eyes in the public bathroom, I could not believe how high I looked! From a joint of something I grew myself... What an amazing sense of accomplishment! I do not take credit for the results 100%, as Canuk seeds knows how to breed seeds with AMAZING genetics! Plus every single seed I've ever received from True North Seed Bank, whether purchased or a freebie, has always germinated using the damp paper towel method. All I can say is try it for yourself if you have the means and the passion for it. I don't see how you could be let down! Keep it up guys! (Posted on 7/6/2019)

Grew this CANUK Jack last summer. That baby has a great genetic as I made so many mistakes on her. I transplanted her 4 times and did major LST on her. She still grew like crazy. Many fat colas and great yield. But I would not suggest growing her outside in Quebec, Canada as I had to harvest her earlier as Mold was getting pretty hard on it as Early October get pretty cold weather at night. Had to harvest 3 weeks before her due time. Still managed to get great weed. The high from the Jack is very creative, Not a sleeping high, you want to clean the house or go walk your dog. Its a true day time smoke. I love this strain so much. Next time I'll do it indoor. CANUK seeds are great. (Posted on 1/7/2016)
