You can buy cannabis seeds from our store in a number of ways:

- buy seeds online - easily buy seeds at our online store and pay by card or one of other payment methods.

- buy seeds offline - download our printable order form and post it back to us with your payment. Find out more.

Please note we do not operate a retail outlet to purchase seeds in person.
We accept the following payment methods:

1. MasterCard (USA only),

2. International Money Order - please use registered mail for safety,

3. Cash - please use a bubble envelope and registered mail for safety,

4. Bank Transfer,

5. E-mail Transfers - Canada only.

6. Cryptocurrencies.

International Gift Cards are also accepted online and over the phone should you not have a credit/debit card.

We cannot accept cards that are not registered for international use if you are ordering outside of Canada.

If you do not wish to process a transaction online or over the phone, you can download a printable order form and post it back to us completed, with an (international) Money Order.

We use overseas banks through our processing company: Payofix.

You will receive an email from Payofix with your transaction status (IE: Approved or declined) and transaction reference ID - which is how the charge will appear on your credit card statement.

Yes, we do! True North Seed Bank ships worldwide, however we strongly advise you check regulations regarding marijuana seeds in your country prior to ordering, as we will not be held responsible for any legal problems resulting from your purchase.
Of course! All of our packages are shipped very discreetly and your package may be shipped many different ways. The customer’s name and address and a return address are the only info on the parcel.

For that extra discretion and a complete peace of mind we offer and strongly recommend purchasing an optional Guaranteed Delivery Insurance (Canada & USA only) (for extra CA$19.99 we will re-ship your parcel until you receive it) and one of our EXTRA SAFE Shipping products. You'll be able to add these products in the cart or checkout.
If you place your order online, you will automatically receive an e-mail to confirm the receipt of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.

If you're ordering over the phone, you can request it over the phone.

If you have not received any e-mails from True North Seed Bank upon placing your order, please remember to check your junk e-mail folder before contacting us as e-mails do not always end up in your inbox.
Depending on your location, you should receive your parcel within 7 to 25 days.

Orders from USA & Canada usually arrive within 7 days. 99% of international orders are delivered within 14 working days, however they can take up to 21 working days in rare cases.

International orders are sent using ‘Track and Trace’ method. Most countries do not require a signature on delivery so your packet should normally be posted through your letterbox, size permitting. If not, it will be returned to your local post room and a card left through your door, notifying you of an attempted delivery and your package is awaiting a pick up. Please collect this from the mail depot.
Of course, we''ll do our best to resolve your issue.

Please make sure that the maximum advised delivery time has passed, before contacting us. We also recommend contacting your local post depot quoting your tracking number.

Should you not be at home when a delivery is attempted, your postman will leave a slip through your door and your package will be returned to your nearest main post office. If you do not collect your parcel it will be returned to nowhere and it will be lost!

If your parcel is an international parcel and you do not receive your goods within 21 working days, then please contact your postal service with your tracking number. Once you have done so and your issue is not resolved, please contact us and we will try to track down your parcel with the relevant postal service. If we are unsuccessful then we cannot be held responsible for the mail service and your quarrel is with them.

If you choose the ‘Guaranteed Shipping Insurance', we guarantee your parcel delivery and in the event of it not arriving we will re-ship your parcel to the original address (provided that we do not receive online confirmation of the delivery of your parcel from the mail service).
You will be charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your bank will deal with any currency conversions on their end. Due to currency conversions the amount on your statement might be slightly different than the amount you see on the screen.
If the order is being declined by the bank, please contact your bank and ask them to remove any blocks they may have on International transactions.

Once they have done this, please try again either online or over the phone and your payment should go through.
While we operate on a live inventory, we operate on a first come first serve basis where stock is reserved for an order the moment payment has been accepted.

If we are not able to deliver any item(s) on your order because they are out of stock, we will refund the amount charged to your credit or debit card for those products immediately and send you a refund confirmation by email. Please note, refund methods may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
