To ensure the quickest possible delivery, your order will be shipped discreetly from our Shipping Center in Canada or from our European Distribution Center in the United Kingdom.
We charge a flat shipping fee per order, regardless of the number of cannabis seeds you buy.
For a complete peace of mind, we strongly recommend to take advantage of additional Guaranteed Delivery Insurance (available for Canada and USA only) and Extra Safe Shipping options.
We deliver our seeds WORLDWIDE, however we strongly advise you check regulations regarding marijuana seeds in your country prior to ordering, as we will not be held responsible for any legal problems resulting from your purchase.

We charge a flat fee for every order and we offer a FREE DELIVERY for all orders above CA$525 (approx. $420) in Canada and USA!
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and are subject to service disruptions that are beyond our control (for example carrier warehouse closures, new customs policies, etc). Please review Order Tracking regarding tracking of your order.
Canada & USA - orders should arrive within 5 - 14 working days. Cost CA$20 (Canada) / CA$30 (USA).
Europe - please allow 3 - 14 working days for delivery. Cost CA$35.
Australia & New Zealand - please allow 7 - 21 working days for delivery. Cost CA$75.
Costa Rica - please allow 7 - 21 working days for delivery. Cost CA$55.
Africa - please allow 7 - 21 working days for delivery. Cost CA$180.
Rest of The World - please allow up to 25 working days for delivery. Cost CA$70.
All orders are fully trackable. Signature on delivery is not required.
After your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number with your Shipping Confirmation e-mail. If you are ordering from Canada, you will receive the shipment confirmation e-mail directly from Canada Post. Click the link in the e-mail to track your parcel at www.canadapost.com or www.royalmail.com.
If you are ordering from USA you can use the tracking number to track your parcel at www.usps.com after it enters USA.
Guaranteed Delivery Insurance (Canada & USA only)
To guarantee your delivery you have the option to purchase a Guaranteed Delivery Insurance (cost of extra CA$19.99). We'll resend your order free of charge if it goes missing.
If you choose the ‘Guaranteed Delivery Insurance', we guarantee your parcel in the event of it not arriving to you, and we will reship your parcel to the original address provided that we do not receive online confirmation of the delivery of your parcel from the mail service OR refund your order (via your original payment method or store credit).
Only one reshipment or refund per order.
We will not be held responsible for parcels without delivery insurance.
The Delivery Insurance option is available for customers from Canada and USA only.
Customers from other regions order at their own risk and True North Seed Bank cannot be held responsible for packages missing in the post.
All of our seeds are usually sent in their original breeders packaging, unless you request their removal. We also reserve the right to remove the seeds from original packaging to ensure a safe delivery.
All products are wrapped up in bubble wrap or other protective material and packed in bubble wrap envelopes. This ensures that they arrive with you protected and in perfect condition.
Envelopes have only your address details, a stamp and the bar code label for tracking. We do not write what the contents are or put our company name on the envelope.
EXTRA SAFE Stealth Shipping
For Extra Safe stealth shipping we strongly recommend adding a T-shirt, wallet, metal tin, a hemp bag or other EXTRA SAFE SHIPPING products to your order. This option is available in the shopping cart and checkout. Purchasing one of these products is strongly recommended for North America and Australia.
Please note: we reserve the right to exchange your selected Extra Safe Shipping items for others to ensure the quickest and safest possible delivery of your package.
If you do not receive your goods within the estimated times listed above, please contact your postal service with your tracking number, as they might be holding your package. Once you have done so without success, please contact us, we will make enquiries to try and track down your parcel into with the relevant postal service. If we are unsuccessful then we cannot be held responsible for the mail service and your quarrel is with them.
Should you not be at home when a delivery is attempted, your postman will leave a slip through your door and your package will be returned to your closest main post office, waiting for collection. If you do not collect your parcel it will be returned to nowhere and it will be lost! So please make sure you purchase shipping insurance and we will then contact you to confirm that your address details are correct so that we can reship.
