Canuk Seeds’ feminized Cheese strain is top-shelf, and those that grow it aren’t disappointed.
They say that Cheese is the Kush of the U.K- they aren’t wrong.
The Exodus Crew created Cheese by frosting a Sensi Seeds Skunk #1 phenotype with Afghani #1.
This strain is a Cannabis Cup winner and continues to be a top-10 strain sold not just in Amsterdam, but globally.
Our feminized Cheese flowers within 8 weeks and produces an impressive yield of densely dank buds. It’s a well balanced hybrid with THC content that tops out around 22%.
Depending on your ECS (endocannabinoid system), this strain provides relaxation without feeling groggy.
If you’re an outdoor grower, Cheese should be harvested at the end of October. When cultivating indoors, you can expect around 650 grams of dry bud with every 600 watt hps light you use.
Indica / Sativa
Skunk #1 x Afghani #1

Old classic Review by VictoriousGrow
2 phenos. One is fluffy sticky Afghan-earthy and other is a dense-sweet cheese smell. Like a Kraft single rather than a stinky Gruyere. The hardest dense nugs ever. Points lost on profile for not being stinky cheese and mild potency. Canuk delivered a classic as promised.

Great plant Review by Shifter
I ran canuks cheese from a canuk puck, that I had great result with everything in it.
10 to 11 weeks to be ready, with the phenos I got, half pound plant each under a 1000 hps
Very nice sweet taste, slightly piney, hard to describe, nice big buds.
Seemed to lean more sativa in the buzz as well, very cerebral, up high
Deadly smoke either way (Posted on 3/31/2021)
Exceeded expectations. Review by Buds Finnigan
I'm not very familiar with the Cheese strain. It was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I listened. The one plant that I tried produced over 60 grams of dried, tacky buds. Good mental energy on top of a solid full body buzz; so good for day or night. The taste and aroma are surprisingly pleasant, to me anyway. Definitely will try again. (Posted on 12/20/2020)
Nice easy grow Review by David
Super strain. Grow mine in coco and worm castings. Huge buds. (Posted on 5/23/2019)
Germed fast Review by Jason
3 germed quick. Like all canuk gear. But out of the 20 canuk seeds i have grown 2 of these three were the weakest seedlings. Scrapped 2 early. Third was scrapped 2 weeks later. Mostly because the other canuck gear was exploding and I had no room for these slow pokes (Posted on 4/6/2019)

Pleasantly surprised Review by MediDrom
Got as a freebie and tossed it in. Glad I did. Nice dense this buds. Didn’t smell like cheese but really sweet. Never smoked a cheese strain so can’t compare but fairly potent. (Posted on 6/12/2018)
Pretty good Review by Matthew
Grew very well, sturdy plant. Buds have very herbal smell and taste. Very much indica, don't put you to sleep but you sleep great when you do. (Posted on 2/3/2018)
